My variations were: quinoa instead of bulgur; lime juice instead of lemon juice (because I didn't have a juicer but did have an open bottle of lime juice); and finely minced lemon peel (because I didn't have a grater).<br /><br />With the quinoa, the recipe made 4 cups. Since I consider "1 cup" the appropriate size portion for myself, I would call this a "4 servings" recipe. The 1 cup portion calculated out to 9 WeightWatchers Plus points. To reduce the points, I will probably try this with half the dried cranberries next time.<br /><br />Meanwhile, Safeway in Arizona is having a "Buy 2 Get One Free" sale on OceanSpray Craisins in the 5 oz size.
